 Why Change Fails

8 Errors

1.       Failure to create a great enough sense of urgency.  

2.       Not creating a powerful enough guiding coalition . Is it easily articulated? To yourself? To your Kids?    

3.       Lacking Vision                                                                                                                               

4.       Under communicated vision (by ten)                                                                                                     

5.       Not removing obstacles to the new vision. (These may be people)                                                         

6.       Not planning for and creating short term wins. 

7.       Declaring victory too soon.

8.       Not anchoring changes in the organizations culture.
